Terms of Use (EULA) — SkinAI

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using SkinAI (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

SkinAI provides an AI-assisted skin analysis for cosmetic, informational, and entertainment purposes. It estimates a "skin age" and skin metrics from a selfie and offers general skincare guidance.

2. Not medical advice

SkinAI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the App for any health decision. For any skin condition or medical concern, consult a qualified dermatologist or physician.

3. Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

• SkinAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("SkinAI Pro"). Pricing is shown in the App.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard EULA.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for any photo you choose to analyze and confirm you have the right to use it.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
